Membership Categories (Individuals)

1. Honorary Member
The Board of Directors may appoint honorary members from distinguished individuals, regardless of nationality, if such appointments are deemed beneficial Candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Nomination is supported by three Board members.
2. To enjoy full civil rights, demonstrate good conduct, and adhere to professional ethics.
3. To endorse IMC Jordan’s Bylaws in writing.
4. To contribute to IMC Jordan’s goals and activities.

2. Fellow Member
The Board of Directors may nominate a current full member as fellow member, if they meet the following requirements:

1. Must hold a CMC certificate or an equivalent qualification in an approved training field.
2. Have been a member of IMC Jordan for at least five years.
3. Have made significant contributions to the development of management consulting or management training.
4. To enjoy full civil rights, demonstrate good conduct, and adhere to professional ethics.
5. To endorse IMC Jordan’s Bylaws in writing.
6. To contribute to IMC Jordan’s goals and activities.

3. Full Member

Every Jordanian or Arab citizen is eligible to apply for full membership in IMC Jordan, provided they meet the following conditions ,in addition to the conditions stipulated by law:

1. Age: must be at least 22 years old.

2. Legal Capacity: must be of full legal competence.

3. Commitment to Objectives: must actively support IMC Jordan’s goals, and participate in its activities.

4. Compliance: must agree to IMC Jordan Bylaws and Professional Code of Conduct.

5. Education: must hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited university.

6. Professional Experience:

Consultant Member: Must have at least 5 years of experience in management consulting, with time-full engagement in the field during the last three years.

Trainer Member: Must have worked as a management trainer during the last three years, delivering a minimum of (400) training hours annually.

7. Reputation: must be of good conduct ,enjoy civil rights, and adhere to professional ethics.

8. Recommendation: must be recommended by the Membership and Members Relations Committee.

9. Final Approval: must be granted membership by IMC Jordan Board of Directors.

4. Associate Member

Any Jordanian or Arab citizen may apply for Associate Membership if they meet the following criteria:

1. Must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university, and have a minimum of three years of professional experience. Additionally, must have worked for at least one year in management consulting or training, either independently or within a management consulting firm, or as an internal management consultant in a public or private institution.
2. To enjoy full civil rights, demonstrate good conduct, and adhere to professional ethics.
3. The application is accepted by the Membership Committee.
4. The application is approved by the Board of Directors.
5. To endorse IMC Jordan’s Bylaws in writing.
6. To contribute to IMC Jordan’s goals and activities.

5. Support Member
The Board of Directors may appoint support members regardless of their nationality if it deems this to serve the IMC Jordan’s goals and purposes. The member must meet the following conditions:

1. To be able to support IMC Jordan realizing its purposes and goals .
2. To enjoy his civil rights of good conduct, and comply with the requirements of professional ethics.
3. The application is accepted by the Membership Committee.
4. The application is approved by the Board of Directors.
5. To endorse IMC Jordan’s Bylaws in writing.
6. To contribute to IMC Jordan’s goals and activities.

6. Potential Member
IMC Jordan may accept potential members from among fresh graduates provided that the applicant shall have completed a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent thereof from a recognized university in one of the specializations related to the management consulting profession , and that the following conditions are met:

1. To enjoy full civil rights, have good conduct and behavior and adhere to professional ethics.
2. The application is accepted by the Membership Committee.
3. The application is approved by the Board of Directors.
4. To endorse IMC Jordan’s Bylaws in writing.
5. To contribute to IMC Jordan’s goals and activities.

Membership of Legal Persons (Corporate)

1. Full Member

Legal persons, in the field of management consulting or training, has the right to apply for full membership in IMC Jordan, provided they meet the following conditions ,in addition to the conditions stipulated by law:

1. The location of the legal person must be the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

2. To be duly registered/ licensed with the relevant regulatory authority.

3. The primary purpose of the legal person’s work should be to practice management consulting or training.

4. It is required that one of the owners of the legal person or one of its employees be an active member of the association, and this membership shall lapse with the disappearance of this condition unless the legal person reconciles its situation in this regard within six months from the date of the disappearance of that condition.

5. Associations are excluded from membership as a legal person, as an association may not be a member of another association in accordance with the provisions of the Associations Law No.(51) of 2008).

6. To commit to serving the association’s goals and participate in its activities.

7. To endorse n the IMC Jordan’s bylaws and code of professional conduct.

8. To recommend to the Membership and Member Relations Committee to approve the acceptance of his application as an active member.

9. Board of directors must approve granting membership.

2. Associate Member

• Legal persons in the field of management consulting or training, have the right to join as associate members in their legal capacity. Membership does not require that any owner or employee of the legal person be a member. Associate members do not have voting rights in the General Assembly meetings.

3. Supporting and Honorary Members

• The Board of Directors may appoint honorary members from distinguished legal persons, regardless of nationality, if such appointments are deemed beneficial to IMC Jordan’s goals and purposes.
