Accomplished banking professional with 40 years of extensive and diversified experience in Commercial and Offshore Banking.
Demonstrated success in leading and executing large-scale transformational strategic projects, Core Banking Systems, Shared Services Infrastructure, Business Process Improvement (BPI), Business Process Management (BPM), Policy and Procedures, Project Management Office (PMO), and Corporate Governance. Notably, spearheaded the back-office operations transformation program at Arab Bank plc in Jordan, and played a key role in establishing the Gulf Shared Services Center in Dubai.
Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board for Medan Consulting Company, and the Institute of Management Consultants and Trainers in Jordan, contributing to the advancement of management consulting and training practices.
