(IMC-Jordan) Conducts a Marketing and Sales Skills Training Course

(March, 2008, Amman, Jordan) IMC-Jordan conducted a "Marketing and Sales Skills" training course on March 15-18, at the Radisson SAS Hotel. This training course came within IMC-Jordan's framework of organizing and conducting various training courses and workshops to develop and improve managerial levels in businesses as well as raise efficiency standards. The training was supervised by well-trained and experienced experts in management and efficiency fields which helped obtain the best required results from the course.
The training course included several topics which mainly focused on basic principles in the marketing and sales fields, and how to formulate and improve these principles to correspond to the present evolving marketing requirements. The course offered the participants best practice guidelines to prepare for the sales process and access to opportunities, as well as the foundations of sales through the identification of the buyer's motivations, in addition to the guidelines of best practices in customer service and proper communication with clients through applying the tools and techniques presented in the session, which in turn leads to increase the efficiency and effectiveness leading to increased sales.
A number of employees from different companies participated in the course, in order to obtain comprehensive knowledge of how to develop these concepts and principles on the ground, which would greatly attribute to their distinction from other companies in order to exceed their competitors, and achieve success.
Through an evaluation questionnaire conducted at the end of training, participants expressed their satisfaction with the course proceedings, and they described the information offered to them through out the course as rich and will definitely assist them in setting up and developing productive programs and plans to achieve the economic growth for their companies.
